Head to Aliwal Shoal for tiger sharks between December and May, ragged-tooth sharks, dusky sharks and whales from June to November, whale sharks in January and February.

Big Five Game Viewing in the Kruger National Park and the Hluhluwe iMfolozi Game Reserve is also guaranteed all year long, but its prime is between May and September.
